Disaster Alerts

DISASTER ALERTS

Disaster alerts are held periodically throughout the school year.  The Centegix Alert system is used in schools to alert students and staff to important actions that need to be taken in case of different events.  The colors for said alerts are listed below.

• Fire Drills - Continual long sounds or verbal instructions.
• Tornado Alert - Verbal instructions
• All Clear Signal - Three (3) sounds or verbal instructions
• Centegix - Red- Lockdown, Yellow-Lockout, White-Hold, Green- Evacuate, Blue-Severe Weather
