Transcript Request – Name Verification Requirement
To protect the privacy and accuracy of student records, all transcript requests require a valid photo ID. If your current name is different from the name under which you were enrolled, you must also provide documentation verifying your legal name change (such as a marriage certificate, divorce decree, or court-issued name change document). Requests cannot be processed until all required documentation is received.
